Appointments and Bookings

Booking requests made through this website, by phone, SMS, or our online tools are enquiries only and are subject to confirmation by our team. Any service plan, timeframe, or price estimate given before a physical inspection of your vehicle is indicative only and may change once your vehicle has been assessed in person.

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee of $50.

Fees and Payment

Fees for servicing and repairs are provided as a quote following inspection of your vehicle. Payment is due at the time of service or collection unless we've agreed otherwise with you in writing. PRD Automotive accepts cash, EFTPOS, Afterpay, and Zip Pay in-store.
